It took everything within me not to post a ridiculous WOD for April Fools’ Day…Or did I?



…I didn’t, this is the real deal.

Partner WOD
For time:
200 Back Squats, 135/95 lbs
50 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)s
100 Front Rack Lunges, 115/75 lbs
50 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)s
50 Push Jerks, 95/65 lbs
50 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)s
Partner WOD!
Teams of 2. One athlete works while the other rests.
Partners must complete the total number of reps listed for each movement, splitting the work evenly (ie. 100 reps each for Back Squat, 25 reps each for Burpees over bar, etc.)
One athlete may change weights during their rest on the burpees.
Front Rack Lunges are 1 Rep per Leg, so Left + Right = 2 Reps, to gain 50 total, or 25 per leg.
