Happy Belated Birthday to Coach Adam (April 8th)! Not only can he demonstrate some incredible supple leapordness, strength, and athleticism, Adam is also one of the mpost impressive young men who I’ve had the honor of befriending. He has a tremendous heart for service and truly cares about providing the best for this gym family. He’s quickly adopted CrossFit Strongsville as his home and wants to help all of us grow, get stronger, and be our best selves. Look for some great new additions to the building, the programming, and our service offerings as he dives into his new role as Membership Director. Congratulations Adam and thank you!
