April is still running hot with new additions to the CrossFit Strongsville family! Let’s welcome Katie G., Pam S., and Dan S. as official members! Katie completed the more recent New You challenge and succeeded in shedding the most body fat! She returns with some great aspirations to continue reaching her goals in the 12:30 classes! Pam is an inspiring lady and foster mom who committed to a year to look and feel her best with us! She’s also going to be a regular in the 12:30pm classes! Dan has been an awesome addition to the evening classes and has a fantastic mindset of focusing on form and allowing the strength to develop naturally out of that. Welcome to the family guys!
