20 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs
Run, 400 m
60 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft
Teams of 2. Preferably one bar and one wall ball per team.
One partner works while the other rests for both the Thrusters and Wall Balls, splitting work evenly.
Both partners must start and finish the run together for Rx, before going onto the next set of movements.*
