Saturday is the last day to order the Hero 2017 Shirts and re-order sweatpants and Hoodies before they are retired! Order in class or send an email to info@crossfitstrongsville.com before midnight. Refer to previous posts for further details.

If there is time after the WOD, you can work on Strength, Skills, Mobility (ROMWOD it up, baby!), or maybe ask the coach to flip some tires!

For time:
6 rounds of:
5 Power Snatches, 75/55 lbs
5 Overhead Squats, 75/55 lbs
25 Jumping Jacks

5 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
25 Jumping Jacks

5 Power Snatches, 135/95 lbs

*Teams of 2. Preferably one bar per team.
One athlete completes one round while the other rests, then tags their partner in to complete a full round. Partners will alternate rounds until each athlete completes 6 rounds in the first set, 4 rounds in the second, and 2 rounds in the last set.*
