*Do your best to make this a Squat Clean each time. Work towards your current 1RM or within range.*
4×2 at 85% 1RM
*Either form of the Jerk can be utilized. Also, feel free to work off of the rack.*
4 rounds for time of:
20 Power Cleans, CRX:135/95 lbs, FRX: Pick Load
Run, 800 m
*Teams of 2:
1 Athlete will perform 10 Power Cleans, then they will tag in their partner so they can perform 10 Power Cleans.
Then, they must each run 200m twice, until a total of 800m is accomplished, tagging each other in, and waiting to run until their partner has completed the 200m.
1 Athlete is working while the other rests.*
This is a fun little WOD we had the pleasure of performing at a recent Faith Rx’D Cleveland West Workout + Worship.
