It’s been some time since we spent a hot day with “Kelly.” This is a true endurance and mental toughness developing WOD. The trick to knocking some serious time off of this WOD is to push through the Box Jumps and Wall Balls with strong sets. Take rests at the top of the box, rather than on the ground, because it’s a lot harder to get back up than it is to drop down. Use the run to catch your breath effectively, breathing through your nose and maintaining a steady stride.
