Happy Christmas Eve! On behalf of my family, the coaches, and staff at CrossFit Strongsville and The Healthiest You Chiropractic Center, I would like to wish every one of you and your families a safe, blessed, and very Merry Christmas! I am so incredibly blessed to share life in the trenches with a community of people that seeks their best and gives it to all around them. Many people have dropped into our gym over the past year and continually they echo the same thing, “Your people are great! The coaches and members are all so welcoming, encouraging, and talented. We’ll always come back to CrossFit Strongsville when we’re in town.” This place and all of you are collectively one of the greatest gifts I’ve received in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Also, I’d like to welcome you and your families to attend the Christmas Eve services at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights. My fiancee, Sara, will be singing during all 5 services and it’s an amazing experience with artists, children’s stories, Christmas carols, and an inspiring message. The times are 1, 3, 5, 9, and 11PM. Free childcare during the 1, 3, and 5PM services. 9 and 11PM are candlelit services.

“Kettlebells! Kettlebells! It’s Christmas Time So CrossFitty!”
Partner WOD
10 rounds for time of:
10 Kettlebell Swings, pick load
Kettlebell Walking Lunge, pick load, 50 m
Kettlebell Waiter’s Carry, pick load, 50 m
10 Kettlebell Snatches, pick load
*Partner WOD: Teams of 2.
The partners will use the same Kettlebell weight and only pick one, so ensure both partners can complete all movements with same weight.
One Partner works while the other rests.
The working athlete completes the entire round of movements, then switches off with their partner, for 5 rounds each.
Once the clock starts, the Kettlebell cannot touch the ground until they have completed all 10 rounds collectively, or else both partners have to complete 10 burpees before continuing.*
