Happy New Year CrossFit Strongsville!
2016 has been an awesome year filled with incredible triumphs, inspiring stories, millions of pounds lifted, thousands of pounds and inches lost, hundreds of new members and drop-ins, and too many burpees to accurately count. We’ve expanded our size, coaching staff, classes, scope of programming, and outreach, donating over $2000 to various charities and countless toys and clothes. We’ve witnessed people change and continue to grow and I know 2017 will be even better! Thank you for making 2016 a phenomenal year!
