We’re less than 2 weeks away from the start of the CrossFit Games Open 2017! For many of you, this will be a chance to compare how you did from last year and see how well you improved over all and for many others this will be the first crack at the worldwide challenge to discover the candidates who will go on to earn the right to be called “The Fittest on Earth.” We’re excited about this time and all of the amazing accomplishments we’ll witness! More details as to our process and expected schedule will be announce in the coming days. Note that we will not be hosting a private Open as we did last year, as the majority of the participants were doing both anyway. Also, we’re requesting all participants to sign up and complete the Judge’s Certification so that you can help our staff when judging is needed. Check out more info here at the official page:

25 Ring Dips
50 Lunges
25 Burpee Jump And Touches, 6 in
