Happy Valentine’s Day everyone!
Today is a partner WOD and if you would like to invite a friend or special someone to join you for the workout, please direct them to https://thehealthiestyoufitness.frontdeskhq.com/welcome to create an account, sign the online waiver, and enroll in the class beforehand. Please ensure there are enough spots in the class, as well. We’ll reduce the drop-in for the day to only $10, plus tax, too!

STRENGTH
15 Minutes allotted time.
Perform 5 Sets of 3 Reps of:
Push Press

WOD
Valentine’s Day Partner WOD
14 rounds for time of:
7 Pull-ups
7 Thrusters, pick load
7 Burpee Over Bars
*Partner WOD
Teams of 2.
Each partner completes 7 Rounds, for 14 Total.
While one partner works, the other will hold a plank, and then they switch off each round. Choose a weight that both partners can use so it’s only one barbell.*
