This will start with a continuously running clock.
When you finish the “Death By” WOD A, you will rest 5 Minutes and begin the 3RFT WOD B.
WOD A
“Death By” Wall Balls and Push-Ups
With a continously running clock perform:
1 Wall Ball, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft and 1 Push-up in the first 1 min
2 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft and 2 Push-ups in the second 1 min
3 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft and 3 Push-ups in the third 1 min

Continuing this for as long as you are able.
