Congratulations to all of our 1000 Double Under and First Double Under challenge participants! There’s no doubt you’re commitment will pay off huge with the upcoming programming and CrossFit Open WODs!
There’s a new challenge for this month, inspired by one of our strongest members, Jason. We’re taking a step away from skills to focus on getting Strong! So, throughout the month of February, test a 1-rep max on each of the movements within the categories below to earn a spot in the “club.” Choose whatever focus you would wish, but I wouldn’t recommend all of them! We’ll post your total weight lifted (yes, it’s ok to go over, write the number down!) The first number is the weight for men and the second number is the weight for women.

15 Minutes allotted time.
Find a 3 Rep Max of the following complex:
Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat
*Perform 3 Hang Power Snatch then 3 Overhead Squat*
“Tabata Something Else”
Tabata Sit-up (abmat)
Tabata Air Squat
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the total reps performed in all of the intervals.
