It’s official! Brian has earned many titles; fireman in Parma, Army Company Commander, husband to a wonderful wife, father to 4 beautiful girls, and now CF-L1 Coach at CrossFit Strongsville. He has been CrossFitting for years beyond his 3+ at CFS, and has always been committed to this gym and being a contributing member of the community. Now he gets to apply his knowledge on an even greater scale as he will be leading classes in the upcoming weeks. Welcome, Coach Brian!
