The New You 6 Week Challenge has concluded and we’re excited to welcome 6 inspiring women into the CrossFit Strongsville family! Traci, Victoria, Rose, Erin, Laura, and Jennifer were all tenacious in their efforts of following the program. The challenging 6 weeks of nutrition overhauling and WODs lead to incredible results with fat and inches melting off, muscle being gained, better fitness capacity, and awesome body fat percentage changes. Traci and Victoria will be joining the 930 and 1230 classes and Rose, Erin, Laura, and Jennifer will be seen in the evenings! Welcome these strong women to our community and cheer on their continued success!

Ring Dips
*Spend time working on the scaling approaches to add strength and capability. Test yourself; it isn’t a WOD, so try to work without the modifications as best as possible.*

Every 1 min for 10 mins do:
1 Turkish Get-up, Right Arm, 35/25 lbs
1 Turkish Get-up, Left Arm, 35/25 lbs
10 Russian Twists, 35/25 lbs
Perform all movements within the minute (10 total for Russian Twist per minute, 5 per side).
THEN IMMEDIATELY START at MINUTE 10

7 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
15 AbMat Sit-ups
