We’re excited to welcome Brittany, Colleen, Jarod, Nick, and Melissa (not pictured) to the CrossFit Strongsville nation! A fellow Walsh Jesuit alum like myself, Brittany will be attending primarily evenings and making the “W” shine! Colleen, Jarod, and Nick are brave students waking up early to crush the 530AM WODs. Melissa is looking for that awesome encouragement and fun atmosphere in the evening classes and has a great mindset going into this endeavor of reaching her best fitness!

STRENGTH
15 Minutes allotted time.
Perform 5 Sets of 3 Reps of:
Squat Snatch
*Use a lighter weight if necessary to get hammer in the mechanic of squatting/pulling under the bar, rather than performing a power snatch + overhead squat each time.*

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins of:
10 Overhead Squats, 95/65 lbs
10 Toes-to-bars
