Thank you to everyone that was able to make it to the annual CrossFit Strongsville Party and a HUGE thank you to the Drot’s for being such great hosts. Also, a special shout out to Tina for putting together the props for the photo booth! That was a huge hit!

The strength of our bond demonstrates itself every day in all of our classes, interactions, and even private moments, but it’s especially emboldening to witness so many people coming together to celebrate our lives and our journeys together. After the CrossFit Games Open ends, we’ll look to put together another community event, so stay tuned!

35 AbMat Sit-ups
Category 1 Scaling: None, no weights!
Category 2 Scaling: Assisted Ring Dips or Modified off a box.
Category 3 Scaling: Modifying movements or rep counts.
