There is a special Faith Rx’D Cleveland Ohio workout and worship at Pro Sports Performance in Strongsville on Prospect Road at 8PM tonight (Wednesday). 40 AbMat Sit-ups
30 Wall Balls, CRX: 20/14 lbs, FRX: pick load,10/9 ft
20 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in/ FRX: Step Overs
10 Handstand Push-ups/ FRX: HSPU Progressions
