Happy birthday to Sara and Sue (July 24th)! Sara, you are the princess for whom I searched all over, for whom I would fight with every ounce of strength I possess, and for whom I wanted to conquer and change the world; I’m so blessed to have you in my life and it’s been so amazing to see you become a part of my passion for fitness. Sue, you have been much like a second momma to me. Thank you for all of your support. I’m so very proud of all you’ve accomplished.

Competitor Rx is 20/14 # WallBall and 53/35 # Kettlebell.
Fitness Rx is pick weight for both.
We’re starting the week off right with some some quality time spent on Weightlifting and then a traditional-style AMRAP that will last a spicy 20 Minutes. These kinds of MetCons are great ways to challenge output instead of skill because we’re utilizing fundamental movements that aren’t as limited by complexity. Give it your all for a solid 20 minutes and feel that burn!
