On both June 18th and 25th, Camp Cheerful is looking for volunteers to help move bunk beds for their campers. Please email david@crossfitstrongsville.com if you would like to help. A couple hours is all they need and you’ll feel a lot of good.

WOD 1 – EMOM
Every 1 min for 8 mins, alternating between:
8 Handstand Push-ups / 8 Assisted HSPU
4 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s/ 8 Pistol Progressions (Band, Box, Wall)
*4 Pistols Each Leg, Alternating between Left and Right*
REST 3-5 MINUTES
WOD 2 – RFT
3 rounds for time of:
20 Kettlebell Swings, 70/53 (53/35) lbs
30 AbMat Sit-ups
Run, 400m
