There is a winter storm expected to dump 8 to 12 inches on Strongsville through Wednesday. It is imperative that you stay tuned to our main Facebook page, emails from Front Desk, and the CrossFit Strongsville Community Core page on Facebook for announcements regarding potential class cancellations due to the inclement weather.  Also, if you know you won’t be attending a class and we’re still hosting it, please cancel at least an hour beforehand (this means 4:30AM for the 5:30AM class at the latest). If you MUST travel, please be safe; there is nothing more important than your life!

SKILL
Perform 6 Sets of 5 Reps of:
Handstand Push Ups
*Scale with Push Ups + Headstand Knee Tucks, AbMat and Plate Combos, Wall Walks to Press, Pike Push Ups, etc.*

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
25 Burpees
50 Walking Lunges
25 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs
