We are starting a new offering for Tuesday morning classes at 9:30AM with Coach Brian! It’s important to note that there will not be a 9:30AM offering every Tuesday, so please continue to check the FrontDesk HQ schedule to verify. We hope to offer it consistently starting in the summer. Also, be sure to schedule at least 24 hours in advance for this and every class offering or the class will risk cancellation if there are less than 3 athletes enrolled. This Tuesday, March 21st, will be our first new addition!

STRENGTH
Perform 6 Sets of 5 Reps of:
Clean and Jerk
*Work from 50 to 75% 1RM throughout. Perform this as an EMOM 3 Minutes for an extra treat!*

WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
20 Single Arm Kettlebell Thrusters, 53/35 lbs
20 Kettlebell Swing (American)s, 53/35 lbs
20 AbMat Sit-ups
20 Push-ups
*Single arm Thrusters can be performed with both arms or just one as the athlete sees fit.*
