We’re excited to welcome Mary to the CrossFit Strongsville Community! As a patient of Dr. Max’s, she already knows that we bring the noise and we bring the change and she’s going to be achieving her goals in the 5:30AM classes! We’re all in your corner, Mary, and we know you’re going to do great!
Perform 6 Sets of 5 Reps of:
*Spend this time really working on the skill! In each of the classes, we’re really going to dive into the Pull-Up fundamentals and challenge you to work beyond the modifications.*
It’s a great opportunity to note that we offer 30-minute Personal Training sessions if you’re looking for that dedicated coaching on one or two specific movements. Also, Coach Adam will be providing specific programming for individuals interested in effectively using their Open Gym or extra time in classes to develop and strengthen their skills.
