This WOD is a true feat of Strength and a favorite from 2 years ago and requires some explanation below. Coaches may deem it necessary to partner individuals up to ensure there are enough plates available. Any time after the WOD can be spent on working on other skills.
Death By Snatch, Clean, and Deadlift
With a continuously running clock perform:
1 Snatch, 45 lbs in the first 1 min,
1 Snatch, 55 lbs in the second 1 min
1 Snatch, 65 lbs in the third 1 min
Continuing this for as long as you are able.
Power and Squat iterations of the Snatch and Clean are acceptable.
With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 lb.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
You’re always performing one rep, but adding weight with each minute until “failure.”
Post heaviest load for the snatch, clean and deadlift to comments.
