A little over a year ago I did the six week challenge. I had never done CrossFit before but I’m so glad I did! I was with a group of women at all different fitness levels and it was so inspirational to see what these women accomplished! It was like a team that made me want to do my best! The atmosphere was so encouraging and the coaches were so great teaching, guiding and motivating us every step of the way!
I continued doing CrossFit after the challenge and I have become so much stronger and have achieved things I never thought I would be able to do! I see others doing the same all the time!
