Today is the JDRF Fundraiser and we’re excited to see everyone wearing blue! Take photos and post to the Core Page! Extra time in class can be spent on “fun stuff” like “Sally” or games, at the coach’s discretion.

WOD
4 rounds, 45 secs per station, of:
Deadlift, pick load
Rest 15 secs
Push-up
Rest 15 secs
Air Squat (Jumping)
Rest 15 secs
Double Under
Rest 15 secs
Bumper Plate Burpee
Rest 15 secs

Perform this like “Fight Gone Bad,” by rotating
immediately to the next station every 45 secs,
the clock does not stop or reset between stations.

Coaching: Choose a weight that you can effectively keep moving for the Deadlifts. Adjust Double Unders to Jump Rope singles, jumping Jacks, or Mountain Climbers as needed. For the Bumper Plate Burpees, you’ll burpee down with the plate and then raise it up over your head as you come up. Modify as appropriate and get a great workout in! Fight for the families fighting Type 1!
