“Badger”
3 rounds for time of:
30 Squat Cleans, 95/65 lbs
30 Pull-ups
Run, 800 m

There’s a risk of rain, so be prepared for the weather! This is the kind of Hero WOD that requires strategic breaks in the 30-rep counts. Some have found it successful to chew it up in smaller pieces of 5 or 6 reps at a time, while others work well with larger sets of 12, 10, and 8. Whatever you choose, give it your best. He did.
