5 Hang Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs
Run, 100 m
CRX: 95/65 lbs
FRX: 75/55 lbs
Goal: 7 + Rounds
Coaching: All of the previous snatch work will be beneficial in helping to ensure this weight is light enough that you can hang on for 5 reps each set. We’re looking for a high volume of quality work here, set against the intensity of the clock. Be sure to sprint the 100m each time and quickly pick the bar back up to get into the hang. Ideally, you should go unbroken throughout the first 3 to 4 rounds.
