3 Hang Power Snatches, 115/75 lbs
6 Overhead Squats, 115/75 lbs
9 Lateral Burpee (Over Barbell)s
CRX: 115/75 lbs, Jump Over Bar
FRX: 75/55 lbs, Step Over Bar permitted
Goal: 6 – 8 Rounds
Coaching: This 10 Minute burner will have you cycling through reps with the barbell quickly as you should choose a weight that you’re able to hold onto for the entire series of Hang Power Snatches and Overhead Squats in an effort to save time. You’ll notice it’s still a little heavy, so test yourself in your ability with these movements while maintaining great form and depth. The minute you drop the bar, go right into the burpees, as those will eat up the precious seconds on the clock the most.
