The 6 Week New you challenge was the best thing I’ve ever done. It didn’t feel like working out, it felt like hanging out with friends. The coaching was great and they really cared about making me better. It was well worth the work. After the challenge I signed on with the gym for more classes and have never regretted it. The atmosphere at the gym is so fun I don’t want to leave some days.
