Our programs are exciting and effective. Our group classes are the best way to get fit! All of our workouts are expertly designed by highly educated and knowledgeable trainers to ensure safety and efficacy. They’re led by the most experienced and dedicated coaches anywhere around.   • CrossFit

    The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

  • On Ramp

    Our On-Ramp program is a 5-session, scheduled by appointment course dedicated to our newest members. Each session is an hour long, scheduled to meet your needs. It’s an informational and instructional program designed for anyone trying CrossFit for the first time. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications, and scaling, regulating individual intensity, class flow, and nutrition. It’s a great way to get to know CrossFit Strongsville and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. The On-Ramp program allows our coaches to get to know you, and your unique goals and needs.

  • 1-on-1 Personal Training

    Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. Sign up for our personal training sessions where one of our world-class coaches will work with you to help define your goals, develop a specific program and be your personal guide. Each session is designed just for you with a set of eyes on you at all times to ensure you’re getting value out of every one of those sessions.


    • 1 single 30 minute 1-on-1 session $30
    • 1 single 60 minute 1-on-1 session $60
    • 5 pack of 30 minute 1-on-1 session $125
    • 5 pack of 60 minute 1-on-1 session $250
  • Small Group Training

    Our Small Group training sessions are great for couples or a small crew of friends looking for specialized training. It’s personal training but with a training partner and a dedicated coach to guide you through every minute of your session. Small Group is great if you’re training for an event or race, or specific sports.


    • 1 Single 60-Minute Session $35 each client
    • 5 pack of 60-Minute Sessions $125 each client
    • 1 Month, Auto-Recurring, 8 Pack of 60 Minute Sessions $175 each client

  • Open Gym

    There is no set workout of the day for this time slot. This is a time for our members to come and work on the things they want to work on at their own pace. So whether that is to make up a WOD you missed earlier in the week or to work on your weaknesses in the constant pursuit of excellence, the gym is yours!

  • 1 Hour Initial Consultation

    Our Intro Class is a great way to get a little taste of CrossFit. It’s fun, instructional and rewarding. You’ll definitely get in an awesome sweat session using some of our Foundational movements with body weight exercises or light weight. Meet our community and coaches, ask questions, learn how CrossFit Strongsville can work for you!
