“Cindy” is one of the fan-favorites amongst the Girl WODs, because its simplicity is oh so treacherous. By the end of this one, laying on the floor and flopping around your arms and legs freshly burning from lactic acid accumulation tends to be the norm, so consider this your fair and loving warning. A successful tactic for this tends to be treating it like an EMOM as much as possible, so give that a go and see how you compare on your previous scores!
