What We Offer


Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every workout is different so you never get bored! We scale each class to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

On Ramp

Our On-Ramp program is a 3-session, scheduled by appointment course dedicated to our newest members. Each session is an hour long, scheduled to meet your needs. This program designed for anyone trying CrossFit for the first time. We slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp will ensure your success by covering everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications, class flow, and nutrition. It’s a great way to get to know CrossFit Strongsville and to get ramped up for our regular group classes while we get to know you, and your unique goals and needs.

Personal Training

In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Strongsville offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to lose weight or gain muscle.


Throughout the week additional ‘Open Gym’ time is available for our members to come and work on the areas they’d like to focus on at their own pace. So whether that is to make up a workout you missed earlier in the week or improve on your weaknesses in the constant pursuit of excellence, the gym is yours! Are you tired of the same old bootcamp class or are you looking to start one? Good news, you found it with FitCORE! This 45-minute class will challenge you with body-weight movements, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, rowers, jump ropes, and other fun stuff. If you’re intimidated by CrossFit itself, don’t you worry, this class will rarely use a barbell and it’s designed for ANYBODY to get in a good workout and feel GREAT afterward. Our qualified, certified instructors will guide you every step of the way and modify appropriately for your level.
